Truth: I love mascara! 

If you’re like me (insert the girl emoji with the hand in the air), then you probably fight the the constant mascara battle.

I’ve battled the winded journey of finding the perfect lash fit for years now.

I started with Diorshow – dried up tooooo fast, got too clumpy.  I then went to They’re Real – made my lashes break, no joke, dried them out.  Plus the mascara would flake off on my face.  I went to Better Than Sex – gave that one a chance and for the $$$, I wasn’t impressed.  I bought out every different mascara in all of Sephora.  I tried every drugstore mascara.  I was just never pleased!

Until…. 

I was in NYC for Bridal Fashion week and attend the Claire Pettibone fashion show.  Included in their swag box was a sample of the Kevyn Aucoin mascara, eyeliner and lipliner.  I immediately fell in love!  Truth: it’s been TWO WHOLE MONTHS and I’m still using the travel size mascara.  It’s a little pricy at $30 for the full size tube, but I will guarantee you that it’ll last FOREVER!

I fell head over heels in love with the eyeliner as well!  It’s fabulous, goes on smooth and does NOT smudge!  I use it in my own and clients waterline AND below the lash line.  It stays in place all day and rarely do I have to clean up eyeliner throughout the day.

I’ve now added this liner to my Be Pretty makeup kit as well.
